Brett and Candice Sears of ThinkBeyond EDU presented “Implementing an AI Community Playbook” to ESC and district leaders from across Ohio. They walked through the process Montgomery County ESC and its districts used to build their playbooks: Wisdom Collection™ with staff, students, and families, then Pass the Mic™, drafting, and pressure testing before rollout. The session drew on results from that work, where 72 participants from 11 organizations gave the process a Net Promoter Score of +83.
